New Machine NOISE

About the 'wrrrrrrrr' noise in new machines.
Until a new machine is 'run in', you may experience some noise when operating the handle (up and down)
This is nothing to be alarmed at and will cease once the machine has had some serious use.
You can minimumise this by oiling, then spinning the entire head system several times in a row.
The 'noise' will return, but eventually will go.
It is also adviseable with a new machine to confine cutting to this area of the cutting board
for the first couple of weeks of operation to give the machine time to 'RUN IN' and smooth up.
